"This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!"
"The staff were amazing when we arrived. Loved the breakfast and the staff there. Close to Earl’s Court Piccadilly line, West Brampton station and convenient bus stop across the street. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and overall a great stay! "
"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "
