"Waren hier 4jaar geleden en vonden het hotel achteruit gegaan:. Minder goed onderhouden in het algemeen, kamers waren niet al te proper gepoetst, ook meubilair was minder onderhouden, veel lawaai van de frigo. Sliepen aan de voorkant, best wat straatlawaai. Ontbijt was wel in orde. Eerder 3 sterren waard dan 4 sterren..Toch ontgoocheld voor een Novotel"

"My room was life and clean with a bathroom that resembles an airplane. Staff was great and welcoming. My luggage was kept at property after checkout as I had to leave and visit Paris. Came back and everything was fine"

The only downside was that even though they advertised on both the website and at the hotel that a safe was available, I was told by the staff it's not a service they offer."

"Great place for to stay for a concert, beware the walk to the concert may be longer than it appears as multiple routes showing on google/apple maps were blocked off to include the overpass from the aquatics Center. There is a small grocery store close by and felt perfectly safe in area. Gym is fantastic! Elevators are confusing, there are two hallways of elevators that go to different floors which is not apparent from check in, floors 4-24 on the right from check in, can’t get to gym,...

"We stayed in July and the AC saved us, extremely new and clean and quiet rooms, good size, pull out sofa bed was very comfortable, breakfast seating area was a bit on the small size when crowded but the food selection was great lots of choice, and it is included in the price, a bonus. The breakfast staff, the two gentlemen were really fantastic, very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent right by the station and there are some food places and supermarkets nearby open if you come back...
