"My room was life and clean with a bathroom that resembles an airplane. Staff was great and welcoming. My luggage was kept at property after checkout as I had to leave and visit Paris. Came back and everything was fine"

"Great place for to stay for a concert, beware the walk to the concert may be longer than it appears as multiple routes showing on google/apple maps were blocked off to include the overpass from the aquatics Center. There is a small grocery store close by and felt perfectly safe in area. Gym is fantastic! Elevators are confusing, there are two hallways of elevators that go to different floors which is not apparent from check in, floors 4-24 on the right from check in, can’t get to gym,...

"The hotel is well placed in a safe area, there are restuaramts very close by and tube and bus stops. There is a small honesty bar. The staff were amazingly helpful and so kind whenever we passed them!"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant has amazing views of the Eiffel Tower. The lobby has a self serve coffee and tea station along with water refill. Location is great near restaurants and bakeries. The hotel is a short walk from buses and the Metro. I would recommend the junior suite which was very spacious."

"Most of the staff was very friendly. We had 1 server who was dismissive and rude. Bar/food area closed at 11pm and no alternative way in the hotel to get drinks alcoholic or nonalcoholic or snacks. We had to walk to the outside bar to order drinks as there was no inside bar tender or outside server on any of the days we were there. No on-site laundry self service as advertised.
