"The front desk staff were very professional, friendly, and informative throughout my stay. The only downside was the surrounding area, which felt quite busy. There were individuals selling cigarettes outside the hotel, which made me feel a bit uneasy when entering and leaving the property."

"Washer dryer on site was huge, close to subway and CGD airport. No ac and sheets and bed weren't comfortable l."

"This is more an appartment rental not a hotel. You need to clean after your stay to avoid charges. No A/C and no insect screen, so you have to open the windows and the insects come in. Free parking around hotel but i was told its not safe to leave a car. Breakfast not included. Overall not terrible, basic minimum."

"The hotel and it's staff were awesome. Room were clean and the hotel was quiet. A few minutes on foot to reach the metro station was very convenient. The only downside was that even though they advertised on both the website and at the hotel that a safe was available, I was told by the staff it's not a service they offer."
