Customer service was excellent! Beach was beautiful. The area around the beach was below average with an abandoned building right across the street. Be careful to pay attention to charges to your credit card. They put a hold on your card with an "estimated " amount they think you will spend.

Lovely, intimate hotel, good beach with lots of water birds to see! Only criticisms are that there were no less expensive restaurant options and there was a mandatory valet fee of $45 per day. No self parking available. But we enjoyed our stay and the service was excellent.

Staff were extremely polite, helpful, friendly & truly wanted to do their best to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. The views were very beautiful especially from the rooftop pool. The hotel itself was very beautiful & immaculate. The food was unique and delicious. Spa treatments were amazing. We had a spectacular vacation!

The property is modern, the staff is SUPERB (like literally best service I’ve had in the states) and the location is very walkable! I went for a solo trip and felt extremely safe. Their spa was also a 10/10.
