"Great hotel with outside pool. Evening entertainment few evenings each week. Delicious meals, all freshly made. Spacious dining areas. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely bedrooms/ensuites. Could do with air-con in bedrooms. Despite having fans, the rooms were very hot during the week we stayed in July."

"Lovely hotel, bit pricey but was rated 5* although needed few tweaks. Bathroom floor tiles cracked. Tiny toiletries had to ask for more shower gel. Apart from that room lovely, large, great bed, great aircon especially as we were there in crazy hot weather. Not a brilliant view though. Helpful staff. Breakfast great. Tricky to find hotel entrance."

"Hotel Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel Jersey is in the most wonderful hotel set in a beautiful location in St Helier as we have stayed there two-three times before. However our room was lovely overlooking the harbour and cannot fault the wonderful staff and cleanliness of the hotel, but either Hotels.com or the Radisson Blu should have made it clear there are big renovations going on which did make a difference. As in the restaurant we were surrounded by scaffolding and could not use the terrace to sit outside and the alternative terrace seemed to have events going on all the time. Also I have mobility issues and all the disabled parking was cordoned off which meant my husband had to keep dropping me off then parking the car and getting the car to pick me up. Had this been mentioned we may well not have stayed at the Radisson Blu in Jersey this time until all these renovations are complete which are going to take a very long time."

"We really enjoyed our stay in No.2 at the Uplands Serviced Apartments and it made a convenient base for our stay in Jersey. Be aware that the apartments are on a steep hill overlooking St Hellier. Its easily walkable if you are fit and healthy - otherwise you can catch the bus which goes from just outside. If you have an electric vehicle there is convenient and cheap charging at the Powerhouse less than 5 minutes level walk away. There were a few things that could be improved to make the stay even better. - Some large glasses (e.g. pint glasses) would be really useful. - Replace the shelf in the fridge so it is adjustable and fix the freezer compartment door so it actually shuts and does not attempt to freeze the entire fridge. - The appartment is only serviced once a week - no matter when your stay starts so it was serviced very early in our 5 night stay. It didn't matter to us. - It was nice to have an outside area to sit in but it could be made more attractive and welcoming."

"We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to be told this on arrival. The rooms on the front of the hotel open on to the road which was busy morning and evening times. I would stay here again"
