"A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. "

"Hotel is extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. It has a lovely lounge/ bar area where you can sit and relax. Adult and child swimming pool is clean and well kept, with sun loungers surrounding the pool. A small games room with a pool table and table football. Beautiful views of the beach/ sea. All staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. Small marks and Spencer’s located 2 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can buy basic supplies. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
