"The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Piccadilly Station which is also in a center of shopping area. You can also find good restaurants and bars near by the hotel. Hotel room and facilities is great, as well as service."
"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."

"I've been traveling for decades, and our stay here (for a couple) was perhaps the best ever. We booked a Deluxe Room, which apparently was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite at the corner of the property (windows on two sides!). The bathroom was to die for: a spacious monument of granite and glass, with a big old style bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. The restaurant was gorgeous and comfortable, and the food was delightful. I liked the "Honesty Bar" where any time of day you can...
