"I've been a regular visitor to the st Giles hotel, now known as STG. It's under different management. Check in time is 3pm and they now charge £10 per bag to store them. 3 bags storage for checking in and for checking out £60 total. Factor this extra cost in when booking. Also, dirty walls in the room and no room cleaning unless you pay an extra cost again."

"While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport. "

"We had booked a suite and there was three of us . The mini bar was empty there was no bedding or towels for our other guest . We did get them after asking . The hotel has reduced what it offers guests in the executive lounge and allows children . There was no extra America in the bathroom . Mini bar was empty . There was no record player or guitar in our suite and the view was and external view . So overall not worth it anymore "

"The welcome at this hotel was exceptional. It was my wife’s birthday and unfortunately had to dine alone. The staff were fantastic! Position in the heart of Covent Garden great. We will definitely be back "

"The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. Loved the place and will be back again"
