"Convenient to go around"

"Nice little hotel. Excellent location opposite the Natural History Museum, and close to other museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Had been slightly concerned at a notice on the door of the room opposite from Rentokill saying to keep out while it was treated. Was also quite a hike up the steep stairs to the 3rd floor. There was a lift that would take you up the first 2 floors, then another for the next 2, but hearing one of the lifts had broken down that morning, we stuck to the stairs ! For the...

"We stayed in the quadruple room, as we were a family of 4. Nice spacious room, beds were comfy, 1 bed that was huge (maybe emperor?) and a double, so plenty of space for us. Slept well, was a bit hot at night. Shower was ok, not the best but not the worst, just average water pressure. Breakfast was good. Great location, 5 min walk to the natural history museum. Reasonable priced compare to others in central London"

"Very helpful staff at Reception, room very clean. Breakfast adequate, room very small with very little storage: 1 drawer."

"This is a real small 5 star boutique hotel with excellent service. Our suite was spacious and in excellent condition. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"The rooms were very large and spacey. The hotel was very clean as well. The location was very good as it was right next to a lot of restaurants and the earls court tube station. The price was also bery reasonable."

"Excellent"

"Great location. The space was large and clean. A few hiccups- broken hairdryer, a light in the bedroom that wouldn’t turn off (the representative had said he would fix but didn’t)- but overall clean and comfortable. The smell in the building was awful- but the apartment was fine. I was aware of the stairs thanks to other reviews- but important for people to know that the upper two floors are very steep and narrow. I didn’t mind- but would be hard if you have large luggage."

"Tap is broken but it dont be fixed along 3 days."

"Ok "
