"We had read the reviews for this place before arriving so we were a little apprehensive, but we needed two double beds so we gave it a go. I'm really glad we did. The room was perfect for us. Super clean. The staff were lovely and really attentive, they even gave us the choice of two rooms to decide what would work better for us and our children. "Our main comment is that the email confirmation for our booking specified pastries each day for breakfast, which we therefore believe we had paid for, but there was no breakfast available and no information about this or use of the kitchen in the property. This suggests a problem with how the rooms are advertised on your app ir with the company who run the property. We would appreciate some clarification on this point, please."

"Great little studio in the centre of Brighton, close to Pier and the Lanes. Parking is very difficult, but that's Brighton. Noisy street at night, but that's city centre for you. Easy access to building and studio, good communication with owner, good value for money too compared to other accommodation in the area. "

"Renovated clean place with a comfy double-bed (the bed sofa not so, unfortunately) and a small pentry with a micro-wave. No cooking facilities though. Close to bus stops, restaurants, city center and Brighton beach. Very neat and nice. Highly recommended "

"Apartment itself is comfortable, well decorated and maintained. The showerhead is a bit lime scale effected, but this is a hard water region and is common in hotels etc in the city. Really comfortable bed. Once received, the instructions for entry were clear. if you haven't received 24 hours before, it's worth reaching out to them via email. A telephone call to Brazil is quite expensive it turns out!"

"Nice apartment with ample onsite parking. Very clean, everything worked okay. Got the apartment ready for 13.00 without extra change which was much appreciated. Could do with a few more of everything, ie plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Fine for me but may be a bit tight if 4 people staying. Nothing immediately close so to go for a drink, meal etc it was the car. Overall very good, would stop again. "

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure. "This was a perfect stay for an early am Easyjet flight from Linate. The room was very small but super modern (we controlled everything from our phones). It was extremely clean. Price was super reasonable (150 USD) for an in-airport hotel and the access was directly across from the train station. They also have a free hot drinks room and there is a 24 hour M&S food just below in the airport. Best part was we weren’t late or rushing to catch the early am flight! So impressive- all airports...
