"The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very good. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods. Front desk staff , (Enes) was very friendly and extremely helpful in suggesting places to go and providing other tips for travelers in Istanbul. "
"The hotel has a great location. It is very clean and staff is very helpful. We also used their shuttle from and to the airport (we paid for it). The rooftop where the breakfast is served is cozy and has an amazing view on Bosphorus. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff is very helpful to get good deals on dining locations, guides, and shopping and they provide good catered advice for the type of tours based on your needs. There is always room for negotiation with tour providers. Always use the taxi service through the hotel, it is a better deal for airport transfers. "
"Family trip to Istanbul went great because of this beautiful hotel we booked. It's well located near the AyaSofia and the Blue mosque. The Theodosius cisterns and so convenient with their family rooms. Good size and comfy.

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet. "
