"A terrible experience. They do not clean the rooms every day. The security box did not work. Breakfast was bad and the quantity not enough for the amount of clients. The elevator goes up but not down. The corridos were full of box springs and baskets of dirty laundry."

"I enjoyed my three night stay here. The room is attractive, clean, and maintained. The staff is gracious. The location is very close to the heart of Sultanahmet without being right in the bustle. Two things to note: the pictures of the rooms are mixed up on the listing, so you may not get the room you see. The hotel sign is above the door next door to the lobby entrance, so of you arrive after hours and must knock, knock one door to the left."
