"What a lovely place! It’s basic but has everything you need - clean, fridge, a safe and kettle & green tea, The bed was so comfortable. On one of the floors, there’s two microwaves and a seating area. I used this and it was very clean. There is a small Onsen and laundry facilities (which I didn’t use). I did use the Onsen facilities in their sister hotel directly opposite - wonderful! Highly recommended."

A bit cumbersome that things like indoor gymnasium has to be booked one day before would have been better to be open for all etc (and more used), dated facilities (old pool/waterslide etc), and food quality is average at best at a high cost. Overall great stay and kids enjoyed it!"

The only problem was mostly the constant foul smell in our room, since we were only staying for the night, we didn't want to spend too much time worrying about it, but it did ruin our experience a little."
