"Family Room was just big enough for the four of us - double, single and a cot. Youngest (10) got the cot which was not as comfortable as the beds but worked for a short trip (4 nights). Clean, safe area. Close to underground and a bus stop right outside. Easy to get to all the major London attractions. Would highly recommend for those looking for a budget friendly option. "

Lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Room itself was great, on the small side which is very standard in London but sparkling clean and comfy beds.

"We stayed for 2 nights in an executive room. Decor and furnishings were immaculate. Quality of fittings is very high end.
The whole hotel was spotless.
All of the staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful, from the doorman to the reception staff and beyond.
Bar staff were very attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble at all.
The area is great for transport links all over the city, with the hotel being a 3 minute walk from Liverpool Street station.
