"This hotel located on the remote area and you need to drive here. If the hotel is good, it's worth for it. However, there are few points you need to consider if you want to book this hotel.
(1) No bottled water provide
(2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses.
(3) If you ask questions to front desk, they try to avoid listening because it is English.

"We had a really great stay, the location and the Onsen is the main attraction for this hotel. There are generally not that many options and variety with food both in the hotel and in the nearby by restaurants and cafes, but that’s understandable given that the location, nature and ski resorts are nearby instead."
