"Clean room"

"This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "

"Central location with lots of restaurants and walking distance to a lot of attractions. Metro station also nearby."

"Hotel Pilgrim is in a fantastic location. We were very happy with how close it was to the Seine and other major attractions. The staff at the hotel provided exceptional and genuinely friendly service. They were so helpful and kind. This hotel was quite pricy, and I did not think the value for money was there at the price paid. They could at least offer a complimentary coffee downstairs, or even a welcome drink to enjoy upstairs on their cozy rooftop patio. Unfortunately management has missed an...

"The hotel is super well located, 5-10min walking distance to Notre Dame, there are plenty of options to eat around and there’s easy access to public transit. Our room was spacious for Paris standards, the bed and pillows were super comfortable! The hotel has a pool and hammam that are fantastic to relax after a long day of walking around the city! The entrance to the hotel was not super accesible since there are stairs but we took the longer route to avoid the stairs"

"I arrived at 9am just expecting to drop my bag and they were able to check me in at 11am. The room was much bigger than expected and was meticulously cleaned. The bed was super soft and the shower head was amazing. The hotel is right next to the train for easy access and the staff was super nice and spoke English."

"Tiny room but clean and nice. Historic building, great location. Breakfast overpriced."

"Nice hotel...great location"

"Such a lovely hotel - very quiet and so charming."

"Emplacement idéal et très beau"

"A very unusual hotel but this is Paris. Once I got over no lobby there were so many things to like:- the winding stairs, the elevator yes the cosy elevator the exceptional bed linens, the lovely gift bag of unique amenities, the incredible box of macarons, the cut glass water carafe and the jazzy tile in the bathroom all made this perfectly located hotel in the 6th a good place to stay. Music wafting up from the street one afternoon gave it the quintessential soundtrack to Parisian flair. The...
