"Our room was very clean, with an attached balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was my first trip to Paris, so this was very exciting. A breakfast buffet was included, which had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, many delicious breads and pastries, cooked veggies, fresh fruits, hot/cold cereals and cheese/cold cuts, too. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel’s location is in a vibrant neighborhood. It also has a spectacular rooftop bar."

"The hotel is in great conditions, the location is fantastic and the staff is friendly. I could use some more toiletries like hand cream or refill the tea that I used, but over all it was great hotel and experience. "

"Location is perfect to go around the city with a lot of restaurants and bars all around. The hotel is under reconstruction. The social areas are limited, not bar inside hotel, no complementary water in the rooms, no body cream, or any regular items for a hotel of this class. Staff very kind and ready to help. Room service take too long to provide anything requested (i.e. 90 minutes to get a iron press). "

"Very pleasant and helpful staff! Room was clean, with a beautiful terrace balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was good and convenient for the day we were taking a train to visit Versailles. Great location near the Seine River, major sights (Notre Dame and St. Chappell) and near shopping and lots of restaurants! We visited a nice farmers market on Saturday, a few blocks away from the hotel."

"Great and friendly staff. Jr suite very large and comfortable. Near metros and busses. Peaceful area. Work being done in lobby but did not disrupt. Only complaint (just my opinion) I didn't care for the shampoo and hand soap. Very nice hotel and area. Will def return."

"Hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is quite dark particularly at night. The 4 lamps/light fixtures must have 20 watt bulbs in place. The room temperature can only be adjusted from the front desk and the thermostat in the room does not control anything. The breakfast is adequate, but a better value is to eat at neighboring hotels or a bakery"

"The room was extremely small and was not like the photos. Very old fashioned and there is no lift so be prepared for a lot of uneven stairs (especially with a suitcase). We were only given one pillow each and when we asked for another, we were told they had none available. We did not have a wardrobe either, only a very small amount of hangers behind the door. The only positive was that the hotel was in a central location and the room had air conditioning."
