The staff was wonderful! Issac, Johnny and Hailee were wonderful accommodating and so attentive Answered all my questions and helped me with everything I needed. The property is 2 minutes from the train by shuttles and the location cant be beat. I would absolutely stay again.

The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel
Without exceeding expectations, overall it was a pleasant experience for a five star hotel stay. The room was modern and very clean. The hotel amenities were good. Staff were responsive, professional and friendly.

Very clean and spacious room. Love the kitchen and the balcony. Convenient washer and dryer. They don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste or laundry detergent but atleast they have 2 convenience stores nearby. Very close to a lot of popular shopping streets that are within 15-20 minute walking distance. ...
