"First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge...

"Super convenient location being connected to the stylish Ashta Mall filled with amazing design restaurants, cafes and local designer stores. Spacious room with ecclectic design. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be back."

"Good hotel, Good service"

"Amazing staff and they try their best to take care of you and your stay. Location is great, accross from pacific mall and next to weekend market location. Double thumbs up to discovery family"

"Hotel decoration is nice. Housekeeping and room service should do better."

"AC was perfect. Location was great for visiting friends and malls. Would stay here again"

"Not the same as the photo. Room in need of refurbishment. Hotel has a musty smell in lobby and in room I could not sleep the whole night even with the mask on. It is cheap but it is very local, and not value for money. It is whatever it is for what you pay for. "

"Room wifi was extreme bad each time i 've to go down to lobbyareato serve the net Water seepage thru concrete slab above my room bathroom big drop of dirty water dripping if someone is showering about my room at 06-14 This property need to rectify ASAP "
