"This was an incredible stay! It’s not a budget friendly option but worth every penny. The location is to die for, the house and property are absolutely stunning and clean and we had great sleeps (sooo quiet) and the most relaxing time! It’s the best place to unwind and detach. Book this place for your next personal retreat or family unplug week."

"Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. "

"Great place to stay. Brand new lodge with everything you need to stay for a week or more. Easy drive to load of location and fortrose is very pretty in itself.
I would definitely go back"

"We loved the location and the cottage was clean. However, I was there for 5 days, and was informed at the last minute that their wasn't laundry machines available, no wifi and the heater in the cottage was broken and only a few towels. "

"The property was the best we’ve ever stayed at. It was very handy for the town but in a very quiet spot.
The owner was very friendly and informative.
We had a very relaxing break and would highly recommend. "

"Lovely hotel, great location, room really nicely equipped and decorated. Easy check in/out process with staff on hand to assist if required.
Small niggles were a loose toilet seat and pixelated tv channels but we were only there one night so didn’t impact our stay much, notified staff on check-out.
Will likely stay again."
"Really well places hotel just 2 stops from princes street on the tram. We had a room without a window on our first night but it just wasn’t for us and we asked to move. The staff were so helpful and moved our room for the second night. The reception has tea and coffee available for free and a range of snacks and drinks to buy. The rooms were small but comfortable. Special mention to Ryan who seems to never go home but that meant he was on hand to help us with our requests."
"Perfect spot for Edinburgh zoo, which is right on the doorstep. We had time for a morning swim before heading to the zoo for opening time. Pool was lovely and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and restaurant was very pleasant."
"The room was very spacious with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and snacks in the room. Perfect location steps away from the railway station and near all attractions. Nice upper level lounge for drinks and finger foods. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean."
"Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the area is not great during the day and at night. The rooms are quite small, so great for a one or two night stay but no longer and for the price I would have expected proper cups for hot drinks and glassware and to have the tea caddy redone when the room was getting cleaned.
On a positive note the staff were extremely friendly and helpful."
"Awesome central location within the City right near all of the action. Happy to have parking on site but the hotel was under construction and we got a flat tire from driving over a screw in the lot. The staff and rental car company sorted us out in no time! Breakfast buffet is excellent. The showers need better coverage to avoid water getting all over the floor and the toilet paper was super rough. Loved the water filling station as well."
