"We had a wonderful stay! The property was excellent, beautifully maintained, and in a great location—convenient to everything we needed. The staff was exceptional: warm, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everything came together to make this a terrific experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Great staff, Perfect location for every thing and best breakfast in Tokyo!!!"

"The location was in the middle of electric town. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a gachapon game which we won some unique discount for the restaurant."

"Great hotel. The restaurant was good but very limited options to eat."

"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. A great location for public transport and many great restaurants."

"This is an excellent small, elegant, boutique-hotel strategically located next to the Diet and four blocks from the imperial palace circular path which follows the perimeter of the moat. Ten minutes by cab from downtown offices. The in house French restaurant l’orangerie has an intimate setting excellent for business entertaining or an intimate lunch and dinner. The new chef produces creative and distinctive food with superb service. A thoughtful wine list with a knowledgeable sommelier."

"The attention and service were excellent and detailed, the facility has a perfect location."

"Good location, big room and great services as 5 stars"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times, specifically on the ZEN floor, which is a higher-end level that offers lounge service. We always enjoy the service and amenities in the lounge. Although this hotel is slightly older, it is conveniently located between Yotsuya Station and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, making it easy to access various train lines. It's very convenient for traveling to major areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. We also really enjoy the breakfast buffet on the main...

"Best service ever!!!"

"Impeccable service and outstanding property, Staff made our stay rally pleasant. Would not hesitate in staying at Hoshinoya Tokyo on a future trip."
