"Really nice people and clean room!"

"This property is right on the river with lots of shopping and restaurants in easy access. I appreciated the availability of a parking permit, since all the street parking says permit only. They were smart to leave the washer manual in the welcome notebook as I had no idea how to operate this style of washer. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The location is perfect"

"I loved staying here. Great view of the river from my room. The staff were warm and helpful. I had a great time in Inverness at Hootenanny!"

"Good hotel in a central place. Easy to walk around, we enjoyed the room which was very spacious, and all in all, I do recommend it. The weak spot of this hotel is the restaurant. Breakfast was fair bit you need to come early or many items run out, and for dinner, we tried the hotel restaurant once, and then preferred different places."

"Clean and updated room but very tight. Shower was a tiny corner unit, which was alright for a night but would not want it for longer stays. Location was convenient but would not be great for those with walking or physical challenges as city centre is down below a long set of stairs, but once down you are right in the heart of city centre"

"Room was clean and comfortable. It was very hot when we first arrived. Luckily due to the time of year we were able to open windows and shut off rhe heat to make it comfortable. Staff were helpful at check in and kind. You can hear noise from other guests but luckily they went to bed early so it didn't keep us up. The rooms had USB C and USB plug ins so we didnt need adapters which was helpful. We stayed here for two nights while we did a tour. It was in a great location to meet up with tour...

"Reception staff were excellent, particularly Emily & Heather. Food was very good. Rooms are misrepresented & significantly overpriced."
