The room was very comfortable. A very comfortable bed with nice soft cotton sheets and a heavy cotton comforter. The jacuzzi tub was a great touch with unique features. The television was a smart tv so we could connect to Amazon and the kitchen was also helpful to have.

We have an outstanding experience here. The apartments are well furnished and were comfortable and clean. It’s very walkable as well. Just short distances on foot to the main arcade areas and if you don’t want to walk, there’s a tram stop nearby. There’s also plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby so you can make good use of the kitchen. Would stay in again.

Right off the bat, the staff was very helpful in setting us up for success and making the check-in as easy as possible. The room was enormous, very modern, and felt luxurious to stay in. The views were spectacular and the location was a great jumping off point for just about anything we wanted to do in Sapporo. Would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located in the Susikino area close to transport and walking distance to many sights and restaurants. We got there early and left the luggage with the front counter; when we got back at 1500 for check in, they had delivered the luggage to our room. Room was enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Beds were firm but comfortable. Would recommend for its value.

It’s a very nice experience staying in Hokkaido. My family and I enjoyed the time here. The hotel is neat and beautiful. The bed is comfortable and big. The place is also near to the station and convenient store which is helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff are super helpful. They are only available from 3 pm - 10 pm, though, so be aware that it's not 24 hours. Excellent property!

The staff were very nice and went beyond to help us. The facility and amenities were exactly like the images, but there were some dings on the walls here and there in the room as well as water lime stains in the shower and shower heads. Other than that it was an absolutely welcoming stay that is a walks away from many things to see and transportation to visit the other sites in Sapporo.

Very spacious and comfortable for the room but it just need to do proper cleaning as spa, carpet and bed have hair and spa need to run the massage before using due to previous guests have left the dirty water inside.

Really great stay here, spacious room, great amenities, close to the shops short walk to Sapporo factory. Also just down the road from Ramen alley and an onsen a couple of buildings away. Lawson and 7/11 nearby, building was very warm, we stayed when it was snowing and -8 deg outside, but perfectly warm inside. Overall a great stay, recommended for families!
