"Great staff from front desk to housekeeping and everyone else. Very helpful and cheerful and easy to find help when needed. Location is good - very close to Nijo market and easy walking distance to everywhere. Room was very comfortable and having a washer and dryer in the room is the best thing ever."

"I stayed in a room with a queen bed. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The only drawback was that there was no space to put clothes except for a few hangers along the wall. I used the small table in the room to lay out my suitcase - not a problem as I was traveling solo. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, the helpful staff, and the location within a five minute walk from the subway station."
