This hotel was about 20 second walk from one of the largest underground walkways I have ever seen. It attached to the major JR station and multiple smaller subway lines as well as a variety of large scale malls, food options and smaller shopping areas.

Hotel was great but why wouldn’t give us extra pillows. Offered extra towels instead. Kind of a let down. Otherwise it was great as it’s a newer hotel close to everything and restaurants.

Nestled in the tranquil side of Sapporo, it's a haven for peace-seekers. Should you crave a livelier scene, a mere 10-minute stroll leads you to the vibrant hub where Donki thrives. On-site, a delightful restaurant serves up tasty treats on the ground floor, adding to the hotel's charm. For any last-minute needs, a convenient store sits just across the street. Inside, the rooms boast all the essentials, at a price that's hard to beat. Eager to explore further, I'm eyeing the other KOKO on the bustling side for my next stay, confident in the excellent service they promise.

The staff was nice and hotel would have been perfect. Very disappointed in the lack of pillows and air conditioning. The beds only had one pillow and it was so small. When I asked for extra pillows I was told they didn’t have any said they could give me towels. The AC did not work and the room was extremely hot.

It didn't look like they've cleaned up the room. Trash left on the floor, by the window, and dusts on table. The fridge and bed cover smelled bad too. It's rare to experience a room like this in Japan.

Room was very dirty - there were many stains on the walls, curtain, shower curtain and even on the pillows. The hotel was so stingy that they only had one small pillow per guest. The pillow was not even a full size pillow - it was probably half the size of a regular pillow and was thin and uncomfortable. When we asked for additional pillows, we were told there are no extra pillows and we basically had to make do with that pathetic one singular pillow per person. Hotel also doesn’t do cleaning every day. They do cleaning every 3rd day, which probably explains the poor condition of the room. For the price of over $300 per night, we found it quite ridiculous that we were expected to bring out the trash bins and dirty towels ourselves since the hotel doesn’t do daily cleaning in the name of being eco-friendly. Bottled mineral water was also not provided, unlike other hotels in that area that we stayed in. Please avoid this hotel if you can.
