Great hotel with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. We got the breakfast which had a good spread of food. Hotel is location about 10 minutes walk to the station so very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating

The baths on the 18th floor were excellent! We also enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast - over many visits we never had a wait to sit down and food was always plentiful and of good quality.

Very convenient location by Sapporo Clock Tower and Odori. They have friendly staff. It is the perfect spot in Sapporo. Beds are very nice and there is an onsen at the top floor. When we changed rooms to the 17th floor the bed base and the carpet were stained. The first room we stayed in was nicer. The air conditioning sometimes does not work and needed to be adjusted.

Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel and new. Location is the best, few mins walk to the Sapporo station. Many restaurants around and a 7-11 just near by. The only downside is the check-in is on the 2/F which is not convenience. Otherwise everything is excellent.
