"We had a wonderful stay at the Lawrence. The bed was the most comfortable out of all our stays so far in Portugal. From our check in to breakfast it was perfect. The young lady at breakfast was a delight and had many great suggestions. "

"Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it."

"Staying here was absolutely fantastic! The whole place is beautiful and feels very cozy. A lot of love was put into the tasteful interior design. The room was perfect, very comfortable and equipped with a big TV and a Nespresso machine. It was very quiet as well. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh, high quality products and a lot of options. Douglas and his team are absolutely lovely and make every guest feel welcome. Don‘t miss out on this gem!"

"I was wrong! I had given a bad review to this B&B, but I was wrong. I said I had money stolen and I found the money. I had hidden it and forgot where I hid it. The manager was super nice but also suspicious, justly, because they had never had an incident such as this. He treated me with respect and offered an extra day at the B&B. Well, my opinion was tainted by my mistake. I wish to correct it. The place was fantastic, very quiet, even when we had a window facing the street. This is perfectly...
