"When my daughter & I arrived we checked in (5 day stay) and was told that we had to wait for our room @ 3p. Not a problem cus we arrived early but we couldn't eat or drink until 3p which was absurd. (All inclusive pkg we paid for) Restaurant is cafeteria style, not a restaurant at all. The bar is very dinky, (temu style) not many selections of drinks. We drank the same cocktails daily. Food was mediocre, no selection at all. A lot of flies around and if you eat outside there's 3 dogs they will...

"This place is amazing!!! From the wonderful welcome by the staff Harrison and Angelina, we felt immediately that we were among friends!! The views from the room, accommodations, to attending to all of our needs—extra towels, blankets, room service, etc. this is a place I will come back with friends and family. Juan, the beach concierge attendant was also very accommodating and the private beach associated with the hotel was even better than the beach tours we went on. So grateful we chose here...

"Wat een heerlijk boutique hotel. Hotel Don Pepe heeft sfeer, karakter en vooral: een kloppend hart. Ik heb hier echt genoten. De zachte bossa nova op de achtergrond, de warme en persoonlijke inrichting, de fijne ligging in het historische centrum én 150m van het strand: alles klopt. Het personeel is ongelooflijk attent en vriendelijk, onder de persoonlijke begeleiding van manager Claudia. Je voelt je hier geen nummer, maar echt gezien als gast. Ook de eigenaar is regelmatig op de achtergrond...

"Nice hotel, but taking in consideration it is a 5 stars hotel, I believe there were some weak links. No activities for families, or kids, the cleaning service of the room was not consistent, we had to ask for toilet paper, they didn't offer slippers or bathrobe as at any 5 star hotel, when I asked for it, they charged extra. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, with wonderful staff."
