"The property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! Love the hotel and some of the staff are wonderful and helpful. Alex at guest services is the BEST!! Sofia and Adrianna are also great. Eduardo is so nice, patient and very helpful with his ideas and setting up the private boat for us to go to Formentera. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Now with respect to Coya beach club, Rosa, Carla Arturo and Pilar are all very nice. However, the service at the beach club needs to improve...

"We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. "This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept...
