Enjoyed the beachfront property, as Playa d'en Bossa beach is lovely. A nice resort; if you're doing all-inclusive, the food and drinks are decent. The resort is within walking distance of nightclub venues. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Was a great resort that was very clean with very friendly staff. Loved the 24hr snack bar. Only complaint would be the water pressure the morning we were catching our flights to home. Was unable to shower, and toilet would not flush.

We had a noisy room over the pool on the first night, but the hotel moved us when we asked. Had a lovely quiet room after that with lovely sea views. The food was delicious, readily available and very varied, Portofino was especially great, very serene and a lovely position just off the beach. A real treat!

A top hotel, no question. All inclusive options are excellent - the food is of a particularly high quality. The hotel would ordinarily receive a 5-star rating from me but reception staff (not all) are often surly, unfriendly and are more interested in looking at their phones or the screens in front of them. On the few occasions during the week I approached the desk, I was met by someone looking down at their phone and who couldn’t be bothered with any enquiry. In other words, approaches to reception staff made me feel as if I was being a nuisance.

Hotel was nice but would not class it as 5 star as advertised. The hotel was very clean and always smelled beautiful so credit to the cleaning staff as they did an amazing job. Some areas looked a little tired and could do with looking at by maintenace.

Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, overall, the level of service needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel like that of a true 5-star hotel; in my view, it was closer to a 3.5–4-star experience. There is considerable room for improvement in both the consistency and quality of the service.

The hotel is definitely not five star and it’s not truly all inclusive. If you think you’re gonna have liquor or anything like that in your room, you don’t food times are really weird. The only thing we can kind of get all day is from the sports bar which the food was not that good also, if you want to drink after 1 AM you have to pay for your drinks. It just wasn’t the same as the standard five star all-inclusive that I’ve been to more fun on the beach with the beach club which was decently priced.

The hotel staff was very helpful and food at this resort was very excellent. If you’re a single couple maybe an adult only resort might be better. Lots of families and kids enjoying themselves here. Definite recommend if that’s your planned vacation style. Proximity to high profile clubs can’t be understated. Hi and Ushuaia are within walking distance. Dalt Vila is also a 10 minute car ride. Only reason it didn’t get five stars is the air conditioning unit was very week in the room. Made a few nights uncomfortable.

Very clean. Super convenient to beautiful beaches and airport. Most of the staff is super friendly. Ray in the lobby bar is fantastic. Ladies that work the sports bar are great too. Europeans smoke a lot of cigarettes so be prepared for the smell of cigarettes to be ubiquitous. The dining hours are not all that convenient and the pool Closes too early. This works for most of the guests however as most people come to Ibiza to hit the clubs and aren’t at the resort at night. My wife and I came to relax and didn’t club much, and it would’ve been nice to be able to get some evening time in the pool. Sports bar is billed as “open 24/7” but they turn everything off at 1am and only have beer and sodas. So not really “24 hours service”. Would be cool if they had more deejays and lively atmosphere around the pool during the day . Overall, it’s a good all inclusive experience.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and everyone was so welcoming. A special thank you to Coco from the bar. From the moment we met him, he made us feel at home. He was incredibly friendly, funny, and full of positive energy. Seeing him selling coconuts while playing Dominican bachata instantly made us feel like we had a little piece of home in Ibiza. He truly knows how to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and his hospitality made our vacation even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. Thank you for making our trip so special!

My stay here was…….interesting. The property was nice. There was an incident where the room I booked was “unavailable”. That’s all that I was told. Was offered a comparable room and assured that it would be nice. It looked like servant quarters to me so I proceeded back to the registration desk. Was given a better room. The staff was okay. I did feel that the staff was not very accommodating to me because I am a darker skinned person but couldn’t really prove that. The drinks were okay. The food was okay. Nice pool and beach though. I wouldn’t necessarily say that I wouldn’t stay here again but it’s highly unlikely.

Stayed here for 10 nights and i would say this hotel is a great place to stay. Very clean and very modern. I feel the sport bar area is outdated and needs a lick of paint. Overall a great place to stay. Staff are wonderful and very hardworking.

I visited with my daughter for few days. The hotel is really pretty with pools, beach anccess and great choice of Restaurants and Bars on the property site. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is a mini kids club and junior club for older kid. We will be back for sure. It is a great place to unwind.

Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!
