Fantastic hotel right where you want to be! Opposite Hi Ibiza, 15 minutes from the old town. Staff are incredibly helpful. We had the club suite with stage view, worth every penny! We will be coming back year after year!!

Marvelously.the room was perfectly clean.near to the parties,. The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Pitty thought for the inconvenience of the incident on Monday when I arrived from the UNVRS club .the hall was full of smoke the rooms wide open , fortunately no was was injuring.and this affected also the facility of the swim up pool and I couldn’t really enjoy the very last day. Otherwise was everything (almost)perfect!

Top class Party hotel - not quiet

Had a swim up pool 2 days, which was small but okay. Pool was a bit cold. Smell in the room not the best when you enter, but at the bed area ok. Did not have hot water all the time in the shower. Made a complaint and 4 hours later I had hot water. Not sure if cooncidence or if they fixed it. Stayed in a suite with party view for 2 days. Nice view, very convenient with a bar in suite and ice maschine just out of our door. Breakfast had good selection, but hard to get a table with beach view.

Overall was very nice. Staff and breakfast were excellent. We realize that Ushuaia is a party place, but the cleanup after party was very noisy. Early morning cleaning of the building was also frustrating when trying to sleep in.

Great place to stay as long as is from Thursday-Sunday the rest the property does not advise you when booking that there is nothing to do in there at night. When you purchase your stay it states they give you free two tickets for the events well there is nothing events everyday and they do not provide for anywhere else on the island do the information is a but misleading. Property wise is great they will benefit from heater pools when iff season.

This is a good hotel but overprice. It's just convenient if you want to attend an event and be on site. However, other hotel closed by are as nice and cheaper, and you can walk to the event. Overall I had a nice stay, and I did enjoyed the event.
