She helped us get a taxi to the airport and even noticed we had a surfboard with us and arranged for us to get a bigger vehicle to make sure it fit. We highly recommend this place!"

They organized our tours—even have some right on the property—which made the whole trip so seamless and effortless. Plus, relaxing in the hot springs after a busy day of adventures was just the best. "No hot water in the shower. Charged us an extra 15USD for the 2nd person in the room. Food was so-so and pricey. They offered fruit for the morning as we were leaving before breakfast was served. They gave us one small container - enough for one person. We’ve been staying here regularly when we arrive and prior to leaving Costa Rica over the years as have friends and family based on our recommendation. Sadly, we will likely change hotels based on our last experience. Very disappointing. I...
