This is a wonderful place to stay for a day, week or longer. Fantastic staff, breakfast is awesome, rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone single or family.

We made a mistake with our reservations in San Jose and found a need for a hotel at the last minute. This Four Points had availability and was only about 20 minutes from the airport. It was comfortable and has a decent restaurant and bar. The staff was gracious and it was a good port in the storm.

Well…. My room had trash from the person before, there was a pile of food leftover from breakfast sitting outside the door but once I found a cockroach and hair in the bathroom I requested a new room. Location great and staff friendly but hotel is definitely not well kept for being a Marriott.

The rooms have a smell and the toilettes are plugged. When I arrived I requested a different room because of the smell to humidity and because the toilette was plugged. The room that was provided after was not much better. I was supposed to stay at the hotel for two nights but only stayed for one night. The smell was so strong that I could not stay for much longer.

Adequate but that’s it.

I was surprised by the poor condition of the hotel based on the reviews I read. My coffee maker didn’t work, the tub didn’t drain properly and the room smelled a bit moldy. The receptionist and bartender were very helpful. There isn’t airport transportation but an uber cost about $15.

Not a good stay

No shuttle to the airport. First red flag. Toilet was running continuously, I had to 'fix' it by turning the supply on and off. Food was well below average, we were not looking for a gourmet meal but seafood pasta was akin to being out of a can.
