I stayed in room#516 the carpet was stained badly seems the shower leaked and soaked the carpet on the wall between the bathroom, and also the AC unit didn't work well needs to be cleaned and checked. Other than that it was okay. Staff is hard working and polite.

I would definitely stay here again. It was significantly cheaper than any other motel with an airport shuttle. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Some noise from the airport but no big deal. The shuttle got good reviews, I just wasn’t aware that it only ran every 45 minutes, so I was a little frustrated because it was cold and dark and other shuttles kept going by. But I called, they told me it would be there at 11:23 and it was right on time.

The room looked old and raggedy and it reeked of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I called the front desk to switch rooms, but there were none available so he sent a staff member to spray the room with deoderizer, didnt help. The beds are as hard as the floor, the bathroom tub was stained and cracked, carpet is disgusting, and overall just gross. The best amenities they offer is the free shuttle to go to the airport and the IHOP next door.

Initial room assigned did have a very heavy marijuana smoke smell, this room also had an adjacent room from where very loud TV noise was coming as well as people talking very loud at about 10:30pm. Went back to FD, attendant Fahad he was quite understanding and moved us to another room with one king bed (initially we booked for 2 Queen beds). Bathroom door lock was broken, vanity mirror had a huge crack. Overall - property needs repair and maintenance. It definitely looks run-down.

It is a place to stay if you need a place near the airport. It was the cheapest when I was looking. The only restaurant somewhat walkable is the IHOP on site, but a bus stops right in front that goes to locations with other eateries. They have a shuttle that gets you to the airport in less than 10 mins, but hours are limited and it only comes every 45 mins. It has a pool that looked clean, but I didn't see anyone use it and it did not look fun. It looked like some of the rooms were occupied by people there long-term, but everyone was quiet and respectful of others.

The hotel is currently undergoing a property-wide room renovation (according to the staff), and the investment is noticeable. My room appeared recently renovated with updated flooring, furniture, and a remodeled bathroom. The room was clean, functional, and looked significantly better than on previous stays. A few minor cosmetic items still showed the property's age, including some wear around the bathroom mirror and a few older fixtures. These were relatively small issues compared to the overall improvements being made. The biggest remaining concern was the mattress. While the room itself felt refreshed, the bed was still very firm and was the weakest part of the stay from a comfort standpoint. Front desk staff indicated that new mattresses are on order, although details were not available regarding the replacement schedule. One thing I appreciated was seeing the continued investment in the property. I have stayed here over several years, and it is encouraging to see ownership improving the guest rooms rather than simply maintaining the status quo. Overall, this was a solid stay. The renovation work has significantly improved the appearance of the rooms, and if the mattress upgrades are completed, the guest experience could improve even further.

You get what you pay for, but even with low expectations this stay was disappointing. I only needed a room for about 10 hours between travel and simply wanted somewhere clean and safe to rest. To be fair, the shuttle driver was very nice and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the room itself was in rough condition. There were bugs near the shower, the shower head didn’t work properly, and the sheets had a questionable stain. The furniture and carpeting also looked extremely worn. I’m not particularly picky about hotels, but the overall condition made it difficult to relax or sleep. For me, this was a one-and-done stay. If your budget allows, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Overall a poor accommodation, would not stay there again. They don’t answer the phone!!!! I tried multiple times. 3 different phone numbers. We requested early check-in months earlier because our over-night flight arrived 8:10 am. Tried phoning to confirm early check-in before we left airport but they don’t answer the phone !!! We arrived at travelodge and the front desk person was immediately rude and dismissive. And no check-in until 3pm, and there’s NO lobby (2 chairs) and no place to go while we waited the 5 hours. Two of us ended up sitting on the floor, since we were exhausted. We would have waited at the airport had we known we wouldn’t get into our room. The entire place is old and run down. Smells musty. Pictures on website do not match how it actually looks. Family of 4 and they gave us only 2 towels in our room!!! At least the bedding seemed clean. Free airport shuttle was the only good thing about this place. .

First they will absolutely not check in anyone before 3pm. They'd rather everyone form a huge line to all check in at 3 forcing some to wait another additional hour just to check in. Second not enough room for everyone to wait to check in comfortably. Expect to stand until exactly 3pm or have to leave to find comfort. Oh and no they have no place to store your bag while you wait. Third rooms are in awful shape. Some coffee pots don't work, our bathroom door didn't shut all the way, our toilet didn't function properly, the TV was broke, curtains were torn, and I'm just hoping my brother got his 100$ deposit back and these criminals didn't keep it for their own decaying motel. And yes I say criminals because the place certainly isn't worth any money spent on it. Fourth I'm pretty sure the staff was laughing at all the people that wanted to check in even ten minutes early. One guy actually just stood at the desk to wait for 3pm and they intentionally by passed him asking for who was first. Does that even matter when you've had a customer literally standing in front of you for the last 20 minutes? It was intentionally done to try to upset the guy. I give him full applause for not being baited. Parking was super tight also. Be very aware of the space you have to maneuver. The place was a dump. You'd think the least they could have is good customer interaction but no, they are just thieves taking advantage that they have a place close to the airport. Would not recommend.
