Stayed here for Dreamforce ‘25. It was one of the last options available on short notice. The rooms, towels, washrooms are clean, just dated and a bit run down. You really get what you pay for. It was a good deal on the hotel room but note you are in a bit of a sketchier area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep at night.

The place was average. The lights shut off serval times when I had only the fan and my phone pulled in. The place is decent and the worst thing was the homeless people that appeared from 9 pm til morning. It’s very convenient for public transportation. Overall it’s a 5 out of 10

Not the fanciest hotel but it’s affordable. Area outside has a high volume of people living on the street and is noisy but feels safe while inside. Staff are friendly and bed was comfortable. Curtain rod had some maintenance issues and water pressure was terrible. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay though I’d choose somewhere else if I had the budget

The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel and room, if not a little old, are cozy and not too bad, but my problem is the location, its loud at night and kind of in a iffy place with lots of homeless walking around the area but if you keep to yourself and stay alert you'll be fine. Hotel is definitely worth the value though and at least its close to the Powell BART station and walking distance to the mall (if that's still around in the future) and Union Square.

The rooms are kept clean and the staff is helpful. The mattress was low quality, with springs that can be felt when laying on it. There was a large (100 people) gathering of homeless people across the street at night and the noise could be heard clearly in the room.

The property in itself was super clean and located geographically in a great spot, it’s also right above a restaurant open 24/7. The bathrooms were clean and never busy. The area itself has a lot of homeless people, which is not the hotel’s fault, but they mind their own business, just don’t engage.

It was the cheapest we can find for a week and at such a late notice. It isn’t in the great part of the city but for a location it is in a great area convenience wise. The hotel was clean and friendly. It is a shared bathroom and shower area so you only have the privacy of your room. but overall not too bad. Might try again if I ever end up in the area again. Thank you!

obviously this property isn't located in the best part of town, but despite that we had a great stay. the staff is amazing and so helpful. the room was great. the bed was small but doable for two people. we felt safe in our hotel. at night it does get loud and rowdy but as long as you keep your wits abkjt you it's fine. everyone was honestly very nice to us. we were two female travelers.

Great for the money. Very convenient to attractions and public transportation. Rooms, and shared bathroom/shower areas were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Area can be a bit seedy late at night, but stay aware of your surroundings, mind your own business and you’ll be fine. Hotel itself is secure. I’d definitely stay here again.

for an older hotel, I have to say they really fix stuff up here and gave it a nice remodel. The old hotel was very rundown and felt unsafe, BUT THIS TIME IT FELT PRETTY NICE OVERALL. Nice front check in staff, The hotel room had a nice bed, Cable, TV and Internet. Very basic accommodations. The surrounding area of the hotel is not the best and yes, there are homeless people there, But I never had a problem day or night coming and going from the hotel. you do get a lot of noise from the streets I would bring earplugsI would stay there again
