"It was a great location, 7/11, Lawson next door and the train station not too far away. The hotel was always clean and staff were friendly. "

"The location in itself was well placed and close to a subway line. However, the biggest issue with the apartment was hygiene. The mats, pillows, and blankets that were provided for the tatami room were soiled with various body fluids that were most likely urine and blood. No pillowcases or sheets were provided to be able to avoid direct contact. In the room that I personally stayed in, the only available power outlet that was appropriate for my needs at bedtime (CPAP machine) was recessed into the wall, making it extremely difficult to be able to plug in my machine. The glass around the patio door and window from the tatami room had large cracks in them and given that we had small children with us, this poses additional inherent danger as accidentally running into the glass may fully shatter the glass."

"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "

"I booked 2 Rooms with 2 beds. Hotel arranged us with one room with 2 beds and another room with only one beds. I asked to change the room to my original books, the hotel staff refuses to change because fully booking without room to change.Next day I found one room with 2 bed checked out and I asked to change, the hotel staff still refuse me. Bad experiences in the hotel."
