Very very nice! I love the pillows!

It was clean, comfortable and nice staff. A great view over the prefecture. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows where amazing!! I wish I could have taken one home. But I am not thief so there you go😄 The Omiya station was very close so getting in to town was easy. I recommend going through the Omiya station to the other side. It's quite a buzzling and nice area to hang around when you just want to eat something, shop and take it easy.

We liked that the hotel was modern and the staff very friendly and very convenient. What we didn’t like was the room size it was a lot smaller than anticipated. Comaparing sizes on the internet it was saying it was similar to another hotel we had stayed at and that may be true but the extra space was in the bathroom where you don’t need it. We found there was no space to put your bags. Ok for a one night stay but no longer.

This hotel is conveniently located near the West Exit and is quite new. It is close to restaurants and convenient stores; there is one on the first floor of the same building. The staff were pleasant and helpful and can speak English. The room has clean and modern facilities, with a big bathtub, comfortable bed, automatic-flushing toilet. I liked the big window and view from the upper floors. I didn't have any problem with the free Wi-fi. I would definitely stay here again when I have a chance.
