"Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean; all necessary amenities (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush with toothpaste,etc) are provided and if you should need other amenities like hairbrush, shaver, face mask, body lotion, moisturiser, serum, extra pillows, pyjamas, etc., you can get them from the reception area. Free buffet style simple breakfast is good n besides hot coffee n tea, there are also quite a few types of cold drinks available. After breakfast hours, the free flow beverages and drinks are available from 3pm till 9pm. Better still, there is a cocktail hour from 6pm to 9pm daily where you can chill out at the dining area with free flow alcoholic drinks (gin, whisky, vodka, red wine, plum wine, jap sake etc), cocktails and mocktails that you can make for yourself with the ingredients and menu provided. You can also enjoy a relaxing onsen located on 3rd floor of the hotel. In conclusion, this hotel takes really good care of its guests. There are also many eateries, shops, family marts, and malls nearby the hotel and its just a 2 minute walk to Akabane station. The hotel's location is great. Travelling to shinjuku, shibuya, tokyo station, Ginza, and other parts of tokyo city has been a breeze on JR and metro lines. I would definitely like to stay at this same hotel the next time I travel to Tokyo, Japan."

"I stayed here for about 1 week on a solo trip through Tokyo. The room was small but I really enjoyed the cleanliness and quality, and all of the staff i interacted with were very kind and professional! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I return to Japan!"

"北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。 周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。 房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。 需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。"

"I'm so glad we stayed at this hotel ! I was unsure after reading some poor reviews. But our experience (as a couple from Australia) was excellent.Self check in was smooth. The room was spacious (compared to our 3 previous ones), very clean, modern, all room accessories toiletries etc. Smart lighting, reading light plus we had smart tv with Netflix ! Not sure if we just got lucky, but our tv remote had a Netflix button and an open log in. Great to find and watch some English shows in the evening. Breakfast was fine -I had read some reviews complaining but we like eating local foods plus to me, any breakfast provided is a bonus. Location was superb. Easy walk to Oji Metro, exit 4 closest. Loads of shops, Daiso, eateries, convenience stores around. But best was a local supermarket (my basket) just at one end of the lane, bordering a park. We found great local attractions nearby and walked to most. There is a cute Fox inari shrine nearby and souvenier shop. We did actually walk all the way to Kyu-Furukawa Gardens, via another great park. We also used metro, Namboku line and the interchange Karukaen station to switch to red Marunochi line which went everywhere! Hotel was safe, quiet. Simple checkout via tablet in your room. Microwave in hallways. Great washing/drying free. Plus a self securing luggage storage if you arrive early or want to collect your luggage later after checkout. Not one complaint. Thank you !"
