perfect location, simple booking, kind staff. the room was a good size compared to some that i’ve seen. nice area and right by the yamanote train so everything is very accessible. when i come to tokyo in the future ill stay here again for sure.

Once I arrived at the hotel the staff was very friendly and polite. They helped me check in and gave me my room key, once I arrived to my room I noticed the clean sheets and the spacious room I would have to say that the hot tub was my favorite spot in the hotel

SO close to the train station!!!! It was so easy to get around and in a nice area surrounded by convenience stores. Staff very helpful. Rooms are very small so next time I would book a bigger room than I think I would need for 2 people.

Never book the top floor especially up to number 2009. On the other hand, you’ll not be able to sleep in the night or in the early morning. The other things were very well. It was clean and good located place.Thank you!!

Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it

This is my 3rd time using this hotel and I’ll keep using it anytime I come to Tokyo. It’s a perfect spot for me and where I need to get around. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And just under a 3min walk to the train station. There’s lots to see and do around the area as well. The restaurants around there are amazing
