The ladies at the front desk were so very pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. The gentleman was ok but not quite as thoughtful as the ladies. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. The rooms were very clean and the hotel provided us with everything we needed. Overall a great value and I would stay here again.

The staff is very kind, friendly, patient, and helpful with checking in. The room is tiny and convenient the hotel gives new towels an yukata daily. This was my second visit and I definitely will stay again if I visit the same area. I did not eat the breakfast there nor park as I explored the city and used the train.

Decent hotel overall. The rooms are quite small, but the area is quiet and relaxed, with plenty of shops and dining options nearby, and it’s just a short walk from the subway station. The hotel was a bit expensive, though that may be due to it being New Year’s Eve—even if not much actually happens in Japan then. One downside was the spa policy restricting tattoos, which felt unnecessary and exclusionary, especially given the number of international guests.

The staff was courteous, and the rooms were clean. The foreign movie list was very limited, and not replenishing the coffee supplies or water bottle daily was strange to me. It's a very convenient place to stay given its proximity to Otsuka station. I would come back.

APA rarely disappoints. Otsuka is a very nice neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants close to the station. Hotel is very close to the station, so getting around is very easy. Highly recommended!

Hotel was terrific its the tourists that make it nit so good. One group from spain used the only 4 washing machines and dryers as like they were at home not leaving 1 for anyone even though there is a line.. Other then that excellent hotel

Second time at this hotel because it’s a great location and you get all the basic necessities for a comfortable trip. Would be nice if there were irons provided in the hotel rooms rather than just the trouser presses on each floor.

We had a room in the top floor, which was very practical as both the onsen and the washing machines were on that floor. Wonderful view. Close to the train, but a very quiet area around the hotel, not much happening there.
