After one of the worst hotel 5-star hotel experiences in Bangkok Thailand, I arrived at the RuMa in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, complete restoring my faith . What an extraordinary hotel this is. Personalised, detailed and hospitality to the max. Beautifully designed and the best breakfast I have had anywhere! What a pleasure and I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a large room on the 17th floor which was extremely comfortable and very quiet. It was cleaned efficiently every morning and a turndown service was provided every evening. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. An excellent breakfast was on offer from 6:30am at the mezzanine restaurant. The choice of food was extensive and the quality was excellent. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers and handy for all our sight seeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel, finely decorated with a great location, an excellent and varied breakfast, and professional and friendly service. Quiet luxury type of hotel. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Professional staff. Only complaints were mold in the shower (should not happen in a luxury hotel) and while the dim lighting in the room/bathroom makes for a lovely ambiance, it would be helpful to have better lighting available so women can do their makeup… Also, the plugs in the bathroom are extremely poorly placed in the drawers so I had to do my hair in the entrance to access a plug!

Beautiful property in the centre of KL. It is a 10min walk to Bukit Bintang. Service was excellent throughout our stay and staff were polite whenever we saw them. Room was really nice with wooden floorings and automatic blackout curtains. Would definitely come back again if we visit KL.
