"The hotel is set in really lovely grounds, but the rooms really need a refurbishment. :) The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, the parking was plentiful. :( the room was dated and although it was clean enough, it needs some TLC."

"Nice experience"

"Do not book with this hotel or use this app! My experience was terrible, and everything was very poorly organised. I had to wait outside for around 15 minutes, received no confirmation email, and had to make extra phone calls at my own expense. When I finally got a room, the bed smelled horrible, and I did not feel comfortable or safe. What disappointed me the most was Expedia’s customer service. "The staff and host were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 25 minute walk to the metro station. Excellent English breakfast. I highly recommend staying here."

"Very nice stay"

"Eine prima Unterkunft für uns als Familie!"

"We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal"
