"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"This is a lovely hotel with a cozy and homy feeling. The building is quite dated but for me that added to the charm. The only problem is you get some noise from other rooms due to the old age of the building. The location is absolutely amazing. You are in one of the best neighbourhoods and steps from bus, subway, and many shops and restaurants. Overall, I will definitely stay here but will remember to pack earplugs. "

"The stay was nice we were given the accessible room which is spacious and good for the kids, however the tap in the sink kept running hot water which we asked maintenance to fix, they did but the issue still appeared at which point we gave up as the stay was short."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."

"Staff were excellent and rooms were clean and spacious. We had a family room with 2 double beds. Breakfast and food as a whole were brilliant. Great location too being only 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop and 5 mins walk from kilburn park underground. "
