"We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!
This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price!
Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

There are a lot of doors in the hallways for what I assume is fire safety but can easily get turned around"
"We spent three very happy weeks here. Everything is brand new, stylish and very clean. Staff are wonderful and the location cannot be beaten. The only downsides were that our apartment did not have an outlook (just modern buildings across the quiet road) and it’s very expensive, but we would stay again if we found a good rate. "
"It’s small hotel in a great location, staff is exceptional. Room was on the smaller side but was sufficient. They offer excellent breakfast. Despite being a few minutes from Victoria station, it’s still quiet in the evenings. Many restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to many London attractions or hop in the train. The owners and staff are all very lovely hands in people. "

"We booked 3 nights, mostly for the location, 5 mins walk from Victoria Underground and Bus Station. Upon arrival the rooms weren’t ready, as we were early but after a short 15 mins wait, we were able to check in. Check in is self-done with help from the staff, if needed, you create your own cards etc - room was perfect, smaller POD style but bed was comfy, etc (who stays in their room anyway when visiting). Unfortunately, the day we arrived we found out Air Canada was going on strike, the day...
"Stayed for a week and location of hotel was very central and close to all transport. Service was good and room was comfy and bigger than we thought. Only minor wear tear On carpet and tiles but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Thank you xxx"
