Great hotel with great facilities. We picked it strictly for the laundry room but we were surprised to have found way more amenities than that. Safe place, great staff and clean rooms!

Excellence Suite
No one showed us how to have heat in the room the first night. I asked for the converter to change and that also took a night to do as well. When I was asking some questions about the hotel and if I could get a taxi to get to the airport the next day, the front desk seemed bothered by my questions. ...
