Dear Mrs. Giuseppina,we are sorry to receive your low appreciation regarding your stay at Lord Byron Hotel without even having the possibility to read an explanation about your disappointment which would help us to meet your point and improve our service.We know that you made two reservations for two rooms with a non-refundable rate. A few days before your arrival you asked to cancel one of them because of the high temperature in Rome which are standard in late July as usual. When you arrived at the hotel, you checked in and occupied the two rooms booked because you were more people than expected so you needed both of them. Your stay was for one night and our staff did not receive any feedback during your stay.This was the experience with us.
