"Fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel. There was everything we needed for our stay and the staff were very efficient and helpful. Room was spacious and well equipped with a super comfortable bed. "I loved everything about this hotel. The room was definitely "Snug" but the design layout definitely made the room very functional. The staff was welcoming, with a wonderful sense of humor. The location was absolutely perfect, and allowed us to even enjoy the liveliness of the street below our window. I loved the energy! Note: The hotel has no elevators and is not in a peaceful spot. "

"❤️Friendly check-in, the size of the rooms was incredible, lots of space to stretch out, comfortable beds and bedding, luxurious bathroom, view of highway which we loved, delicious breakfast. 💔The hotel was a maze, signs that don’t lead anywhere, trouble finding our room despite being given directions and we speak English, (Italian tourists we saw there are probably still looking for their rooms), difficulty finding public washrooms due to awkward signage, location-not close to anything...

"Great stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a bit of an old fashioned feel but that added to the charm of it. A bit outside of town but the bus was convenient right out front. The restaurant was nice and enjoyed the food but it could get quite hot in the evening when busy due to lack of air conditioning."

"The Dean was one of my favorite hotels on my trip. The bed was so comfortable. The decor was very modern and everything was very clean. The cocktails at the rooftop restaurant were so delicious as was the charcuterie board. My husband and I also had breakfast the next morning at the rooftop restaurant. Unfortunately the breakfast is very overpriced and my eggs Benedict was served cold. Other than this the hotel itself is absolutely stunning, a perfect location, and the staff is very attentive...

"I have been to Ireland & Galway (from the US) five times and have stayed here every time - wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Galway. The proprietors are exceptionally nice and accommodating. Convenient parking available in the front and back. Easy and safe walk to Galway City Centre, Eyre Square, etc. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I was in the same room twice and it had been superbly updated since my last stay. I look forward to returning!!"
