"Lovely ocean front hotel. Incredibly dated with no updates. Bathroom and shower were abysmal - mildew everywhere - door won’t stay open and zero ventilation. If you want a steam room with mildew then they have a bathroom for you. Pool was nice except for the mildew. Would stay here again if they get their bathroom situations dealt with, otherwise this hotel is a no for me. "We had a great stay at Raddison Red during our trip to Galway. It was a short drive or taxi into town, and had such safe and easy parking. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. My only minor complaint would be that the beds aren’t the most comfortable. It was no problem for a short stay. We would love to visit again soon!"

"Don’t hesitate. Great location, wonderful staff, breakfast was fabulous. Only minor issue was we were unexpectedly given a handicapped accessible room, and the sink was at our knees. Next time we would ensure that we have the amenities that we expected for comfortable use of the bathroom. Highly recommend this property!"

The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all !
