"The hotel was very cozy and right away as you walked in the temperature was a relief from the heat outside. Fresh water and snacks were offered which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. "The hotel has old world charm but not stuffy. It's located in a busy part of the city right next to a train station, but inside is very quiet and serene; no noise penetrated into our room. Lots of flowers, both fresh and artificial, adorn the lobby and hallways. The breakfast was amazing--great selection of hot foods, cold meats, breads, fruits, fruit juices, etc, and breakfast staff was gracious and attentive. "It was unique. Each room had character. It was spread out over three buildings and didn’t have a huge number of rooms. Service was impeccable - staff was truly helpful and a pleasure to deal with, but not in your face all the time. The breakfast buffet was lovely and well curated. The hill to get to the hotel was shockingly steep, but it afforded the property wonderful views. "
