"Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping."

"Super Hotel, sehr zentral aber ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Pool, eine kleine grüne Oase inmitten Lissabons. "I booked the Avenida Palace for my parents to celebrate my Dad's 80th Birthday. The hotel gave them a really lovely room and left little treats like natas. They told me the hotel was beautiful and that the breakfast buffet was excellent. I was nervous about them navigating Lisbon on their own but the concierge helped them find good restaurants close by and Fado performances as well as assisting with taxis. Thank you so much to the staff for looking after them so well!"

"We liked that our unit was an entire apartment with an outdoor small balcony. Great location, walkable, many restaurants, safe, close to all the activities and sights. The staff was welcoming, very helpful and attentive. As an example, they helped us secure a car and driver for a guided tour of Lisbon. The check in process was fast and friendly, the attendant walked me to my room and showed me around, the room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable, the Lumi Rooftop (its vibe, staff, food and drinks) was absolutely incredible, it’s located in a fantastic location- walkable to many beautiful sight seeing stops and shops (including the 2nd largest ZARA in the world). "I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....
