Excellent location, comfortable and spotlessly clean room, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Property was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Air conditioning worked great and there were a couple of balconies in the room. My biggest issue with the hotel was the number of homeless and random people hanging around the the hotel smoking and just huddling in big groups the whole day. These people weren’t tourists, they looked like they live in the streets and it made my wife feel unsafe but luckily there are a lot of police in the area.

Fabulous compact boutique hotel right in the centre of Lisbon. You cannot stay in a better location. We had a deluxe room, great air conditioning and lovely modern clean room. We stayed from September 7th - 11th. Breakfast is both buffet and à la carte and the restaurant and staff are wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the Burrata, Duck Magret and the Portuguese steak for lunch. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming and took pleasure in helping us have the ultimate Lisbon experience. The hotel and team are new and learning but their flexibility to please and resolve our questions and concerns was really first class. We will definitely be returning, you will not be disappointed. We had a fabulous first Lisbon experience.

This was a very nice hotel - felt very new and clean through and through. The staff were so friendly and helpful to me and my ten year old son traveling the two of us. Most amazing shower in the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Loved the extra amenities to have a heated floor in the bathroom and a ceiling blue tooth speaker in the room. This said - I don’t know that this would be the neighborhood in Lisbon we’d choose for future trips. While it’s 30 seconds from Rossio Square and a lot of action, there were also a plethora of homeless people. This is obviously not something within the hotels control, but I didn’t also feel safe at night with my young son. Lastly, our room overlooked a dumpster. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so I didn’t complain or ask to switch.

The hotel is very central and has a great setup. Restaurant at the bottom of you choose, breakfast is excellent and the surrounding area is easily accessible through and through.
