I stayed at this hotel for three nights and highly recommend it because of its convenient location: there are two metro stations, shops, a tour bus stop, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast was superb. Staff was excellent, especially Denise, who went above and beyond to assist us with directions, dining, etc... We gave the hotel 4 stars overall, because of the all night noise from the homeless people residing on the street outside of our window. They could be observed dealing drugs, lighting cooking fires on the street, and yelling and fighting into the night. Too bad, because this hotel excelle in so many areas!

Staff were helpful. The room was clean. It was smaller than expected but we didn't spend too much time in the room apart from sleeping in. There is no kettle in the room but you can ask for one from reception, which we did. It was quite noisy in the early hours of the morning because the hotel is on a tourist street where there are restaurants. The metro and rail lines are nearby so it was convenient.
