The staff were very helpful, especially when my flight home was canceled, but also were quick to respond to a couple of small requests. The ground floor lobby is attractive. Breakfast is served from 7 am to noon, and port, infused water and pastries are available in the lounge area all day. My room, on the 6th floor, was lovely, with three windows in the eaves of the building, with excellent views of the city. The bathroom was spacious, everything was like new. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops and parks all around, The Avenida da Liberdade is a long spine from which you can climb up to the Bairro Alto, the high part of the city, or down to the lower city on the Tagu River mouth. I would definitely like to stay at Lisbon Heritage again.
